We deliver with DAO to parcel shops.

When you shop with us, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The item must be unused and in its original\u00a0<\/span>packaging.<\/span><\/p>

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. You cannot withdraw from the purchase by refusing to accept the item without simultaneously notifying us at hello@menopausemagic.dk.<\/p>

You must pay for the return shipping, and you are responsible for any damage that occurs during transport.<\/p>

When returning your package, you should pack the order securely. We recommend sending the item back in its original packaging.<\/p>

Items excluded from the right of withdrawal<\/span><\/p>

Some items are not covered by the right of withdrawal, including:<\/p>

Delivery of items that, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return, and where the packaging has been opened after delivery.<\/p>

If the item has lost value due to your use of it in a way that was not necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning, you may only receive a partial refund of the purchase price. The amount you can get back depends on the item's commercial value, and in some cases, it may mean that you can only recover the shipping costs. We recommend returning the item in its original packaging. If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive your money back. If the item has lost value, we will deduct the amount you are responsible for. There is a 24-month warranty for purchases. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item exchanged, receive a refund, or get a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
You must make a complaint within a \"reasonable time\" after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months after discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely.

In the email, please include a photo and a description of the complaint. Additionally, the order number should be mentioned in the subject line.

When paying with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The funds are held on your card or account until:

Dankort, Visa, and Mastercard: the funds are typically reserved for 30 days.

To file a complaint, the item or service you wish to complain about must have cost at least 1,110 DKK and a maximum of 100,000 DKK. There is a fee for processing the complaint.
When shopping on an e-marked webshop, you can have your case processed for free by e-marked, regardless of the amount.
