The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. You cannot withdraw from the purchase by refusing to accept the item without simultaneously notifying us at hello@menopausemagic.dk.

You must pay for the return shipping, and you are responsible for any damage that occurs during transport.

When returning your package, you should pack the order securely. We recommend sending the item back in its original packaging.

Here, you can register the items you wish to return.

In the portal, you can purchase shipping for your return package and print a return label.

The return package should be sent as a business parcel to:

You must drop off your package at a DAO parcel shop.
