We deliver with DAO to parcel shops.
All purchases are shipped as quickly as possible. Delivery is within 1-3 business days.
When you shop with us, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. You cannot withdraw from the purchase by refusing to accept the item without simultaneously notifying us at hello@menopausemagic.dk.
You must pay for the return shipping, and you are responsible for any damage that occurs during transport.
When returning your package, you should pack the order securely. We recommend sending the item back in its original packaging.

Items excluded from the right of withdrawal
Some items are not covered by the right of withdrawal, including:
Delivery of items that, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return, and where the packaging has been opened after delivery.
Since these are skincare products, you lose your right of withdrawal if you break the packaging or use the product, as the item is not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
If the item has lost value due to your use of it in a way that was not necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning, you may only receive a partial refund of the purchase price. The amount you can get back depends on the item's commercial value, and in some cases, it may mean that you can only recover the shipping costs. We recommend returning the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a decrease in the item's value.
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive your money back. If the item has lost value, we will deduct the amount you are responsible for. We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase once we have received your return shipment.
There is a 24-month warranty for purchases. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item exchanged, receive a refund, or get a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
You must make a complaint within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months after discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely.

In the email, please include a photo and a description of the complaint. Additionally, the order number should be mentioned in the subject line.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in secure packaging. Also, remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse your shipping costs.
We would like to point out that our promotions are valid while supplies last. Ongoing promotions cannot be combined with discounts or other campaigns.
At menopausemagic.dk, you can pay with:
MobilePay, Dankort, Visa, and Mastercard.
The amount will be deducted from your payment card when the package is shipped. We do not charge card fees.
If you do not pick up your package, you will be charged the actual shipping costs for the return shipment.
When paying with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The funds are held on your card or account until:
1) We charge the amount when we ship the item, or
2) the funds are released according to your agreement with your card issuer.
Dankort, Visa, and Mastercard: the funds are typically reserved for 30 days.

In connection with purchases from menopausemagic.dk, personal information such as name, address, and payment details must be entered. Once your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

When you place an order, you guarantee that all the information you provide is correct, that you are over 18 years old, that you are an authorized user of the credit card used, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the purchase. Female Cycle is responsible for ensuring that all customer information is treated confidentially.
If you, as a consumer, wish to complain about your purchase, you should contact us at kontakt@femalecycle.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus.
To file a complaint, the item or service you wish to complain about must have cost at least 1,110 DKK and a maximum of 100,000 DKK. There is a fee for processing the complaint.
When shopping on an e-marked webshop, you can have your case processed for free by e-marked, regardless of the amount.
If you reside in another EU country other than Denmark, you can complain through the EU Commission's online complaint portal here.
To purchase items on this webshop, you must register with the following personal information: name, address, email address, and phone number. We collect and share the personal data necessary to deliver the item to you.
The information is registered with Female Cycle ApS and stored for five years, after which the data will be deleted.
